Enabling the public to have the knowledge to provide proper animal care is incredibly important to WHR&S. Topics include:
- The importance of spaying and neutering animals
- Disease prevention through vaccinations
- Overarching animal welfare presented to a variety of audiences including schools, local community groups, local law enforcement, and local law makers
- Procedures to ensure safety for animals and to hold those who commit animal cruelty accountable—presented free for law enforcement, prosecutors, shelters / rescues, and advocates
